The MBA Program offers a unique opportunity to achieve an MBA qualification with an accredited UK University, in a Dual - Semester modality plan (exclusively offfered by ASPIRE Business School).


The main teaching and learning methods at Aspire includes virtual classroom, webinars, tutorials, recorded videos, quiz, exams, projects, and learning through research.

Duration of the program, will be spread over two semesters in one calendar year: the curriculum of the Master’s programme is fulfilled in the first two semesters. The academic experience at Master’s level can be quite intense. It involves a greater emphasis on self-directed study than at an undergraduate level. You’ll be expected to think and study independently, more extensive background reading and bring your ideas to webinars and forums and groups discussions. The second semester involves a presentation of the developed research assignment on which a master’s thesis is prepared and defended.

First Semester (Total 120 Credits)

Professional Development and Communication Skills (10 Credits)
This module enhances students' professional effectiveness through the development of advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. It focuses on leadership communication, teamwork, ethical practice, and career development, preparing students for senior management and professional roles.

Strategic Management (15 Credits)
This module explores strategic thinking and decision-making at an organisational level. Students analyse competitive environments, evaluate strategic options, and apply strategic frameworks to develop and implement strategies that support long-term organisational success.

Strategic Human Resource Management (15 Credits)
This module examines the strategic role of human resource management in achieving organisational objectives. Students study workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organisational culture, with an emphasis on aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Advanced Business Research Methods (20 Credits)
This module develops advanced research skills required for postgraduate study and professional research. Students learn to design research projects, apply qualitative and quantitative research methods, analyse data, and consider ethical issues in business research.

Supply Chain and Operations Management (15 Credits)
This module focuses on managing supply chains and operations in a global business environment. Topics include procurement, logistics, process improvement, quality management, and sustainability, enabling students to optimise operational efficiency and performance.

Globalisation and Corporate Governance (15 Credits)
This module examines the impact of globalisation on organisations and governance practices. Students explore international business regulations, corporate social responsibility, ethical leadership, and governance frameworks in a global context.

Strategic Marketing (15 Credits)
This module develops an advanced understanding of marketing strategy. Students analyse market environments, customer behaviour, and competitive positioning, and learn how to design and implement marketing strategies that create sustainable competitive advantage.

Global Marketing Strategy (15 Credits)
This module focuses on marketing in international and global markets. Students explore market entry strategies, global branding, cultural influences, and international marketing communications, developing the skills needed to manage marketing strategies across borders.


Second Semester (Total 60 Credits)

Consultancy Project Report (60 Credits) – Compulsory
This module requires students to undertake an independent consultancy project based on a real business issue. Students apply knowledge and skills gained throughout the programme to conduct in-depth research, analyse organisational challenges, and produce a professionally presented consultancy report with practical recommendations.
